London International Youth Science Forum

The brief was to elevate awareness for this historic event, held at Imperial College London amongst all key stakeholders, academics, student’s and the national media.

An event drawing 400 international students from more than 70 countries each year, a key objective was to recruit students in their native environments whilst promoting the event to the UK media.

Working closely with the event Director we created a public relations strategy that could be implemented on an international level, providing students with the tools for self-promotion in their home towns. We also conducted a survey amongst the students to generate valuable original content for the national press.

Results

We achieved widespread exposure in titles around the globe including The Times of India, and The Royal Society of New Zealand as well as national media outlets such as The Evening Standard, Times Higher Education and trade media.
